For this Rava-Rice -Ragi-Atta instant dosa it just takes 5 minutes to prepare the batter. Read further to know more.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup ragi flour
- 1 cup atta flour
- 1 cup rava
- salt as per needed
Optional : Finely chopped onion pieces, grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies
- Mix all the ingredients well to form the batter.
- If the prepared batter is thick, add some water or curds or butter milk to thin down its consistency.
- On a hot pan, spread the dosa batter a make a thin dosa.
- Add few drops of homemade ghee for aroma.
- Leave for about 3 minutes over low flame.
